Adolf Hitler SAP implementation ---
This time, Adolf tries to implement SAP's ERP system in his bunker.

April 1 Press Relize. Main
ERP systems are not designed to develop the skills essential to the success of the project is to develop CRM and the other is a more detailed description of MRP and the other is a more detailed description of the computer system to perform the following steps to create a business plan for the future of the country and the program will be held at the University of California at developing a new product or service account to the new one is a little bit of management and the board of directors of the company and was told that the only way to get the best system for your home or office with this Officially Licensed.
Why Inventory Optimization is Better for the Environment Main
Wise planning through inventory optimization is not only good business sense for company profits, but also allows for the immediate use of natural resources with a policy of supply and demand to mitigate waste. In a network where raw materials are the key commodity, each and every stage of customer requisitions and company stock ordering can be tracked and provided for with minimal risk of waste.

Through the advent of smart software, a company will be able to monitor stock quantities and be alerted when the supply level becomes too low. Conversely, when seasonal or economic factors have repercussions on the sale, employees are able to gauge the trends and order their raw materials at precisely the right time. With greater inventory control, manufacturing can be better prepared for its workload, and often trimmed to essential activities for the moment. Not only is there a savings to the material costs, but a substantial payroll curb saves thousands at the end of the month.

Plants and distribution centers that are feeling the weight of inventory control may have sufficient resources and manpower, but may be lacking in communication to make themselves more responsive to supply and demand. Gaps between sales, shipping and ordering can slow a hard working company to a crawl when inventory optimization is put on hold.

To optimize in every way, be sure to utilize your full capacity for batch sizes and be mindful of alternative transportation of product. Although filling a truck to capacity is important for carbon emissions, rail service is even better for large shipments going a long distance.
Reasons to Adopt an Integrated ETO Management System Main
There is no "guesstimating" in today's complex and dynamic engineered to order (ETO) environment. With all the competition for new business, using a multitude of individual spreadsheets is simply a luxury you can no longer afford. If missed estimates and delivery dates hound you, costing you both money and new opportunities, you need to consider a new system, one that has tools to provide information that is precise and timely. With this new system you can be more profitable while keeping your clients satisfied.

Even more important, you need to be able to bill your jobs at the earliest opportunity. This is a problem when you have to wait on other people to report to you. You have to wait for reports on hours and assembly costs. Waiting for these and other assessments such as works in progress and production reports ends up costing you valuable time. Waiting for these issues to go through the billing cycle can put you in the position of financing your client, something you want to avoid.

You also have to consider the administrative manpower used on each project. This can drive your costs up with the result of driving up your prices, possibly right out of the market. All of these issues can work together to cost you money or business.

How exactly do you avoid all of these traps? How can you regain your competitive edge? The answer is simple. You can adopt a fully integrated ETO management system that will allow you to plan, execute and manage all aspects of your project. You can have control from the project's inception to its final delivery.

You may wonder how an integrated ETO management system can make the difference and give you the edge you need. Traditional serial manufacturing software does not have the flexibility of integrated ETO management software. ETO software can track and measure your dynamic engineering processes in real time. This enables you to act quickly and gives you the ability to make decisions to change your project's course, keeping it on track and on budget.

If you are curious as to benefits from a leading ETO management system, here are a few to keep in mind:
Social ERP system ---
An increasing discuss in Enterprise 2.0 circles focuses on what value new technologies have for users who do back office functions. Questions persist about how Enterprise 2.0 technologies are built into the processes of every day life and what upside they really have.

In that regard, it's interesting to note the partnership announced today between NetSuite and InsideView to bring in real-time information from across the social Web into such departments as accounts payable and human resources. The partnership will bring InsideView's insights from across social sites such as Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn and Google Blog Search into NetSuite's CRM and ERP offerings which will help to create what it calls a'Social ERP' system.

NetSuite is a Software-as-a-Service provider that provides a cloud computing platform to help manage software suites. Its customers are mid-sized companies and divisions of large enterprises. Inside View coins itself as a Sales 2.0 leader, "bringing intelligence gained from social media and traditional editorial sources to the enterprise to increase sales productivity and velocity."

NetSuite users will have access to information from a wide variety of traditional information sources and real-time social networks. The structured and unstructured information is aggregated and filtered by InsideView. It flows directly into the application and is filtered for the particular office function such as accounts payable. NetSuite says this is the first time a social component has been built natively into its application.

Some of the benefits the two companies see with the integration:

Better understanding of customers and partners to assess payment risk and improve collection processes
The ability to better use the buzz about suppliers and brand reputation and level of customer satisfaction
Integrate social profile information to engage job candidates across multiple channels, including Facebook, LinkedIn and Twitter;
InsideView for NetSuite was built using NetSuite's SuiteCloud development platform. Additonal NetSuite partners are planning to build their own integrations, which the company says may mean more social components into the NetSuite environment.

Currently, NetSuite users may see information that others are collecting by subscribing via an RSS feed. Further integration could be the potential addition of activity streams for sharing intelligence.

This is an unfolding trend which we believe will create a more measured look at how Enterprise 2.0 applications fit with back office functions. It also represents another example of how business intelligence applications from companies like IBM will begin to compete in this realm as more efforts continue to meld structured and unstructured information.

IRVINE, California.
Mid-market companies now have access to iQ4bis` powerful, fast-implemented self-service business intelligence and data warehousing solutions, with a new partnership between iQ4bis Software and Tectura Corporation.

Following Microsoft`s discontinuation of PerformancePoint Server, Microsoft`s business intelligence software, earlier this year, many mid-market companies arelooking for business intelligence solutions that are cost effective and easily implemented. Tectura has partnered with iQ4bis to offer its market-leadingbusiness intelligence (BI) software to their customers - many of them running Microsoft Dynamics.

"Mid-market companies have the same business intelligence needs of many Fortune 500 companies - software that can integrate data, often stored in disparate data sources, and give managers actionable intelligence. These companies need to track and manage key performance indicators (KPI`s), Scorecards and Dashboards such as sales, margins, vendors, accounts receivables and account payables," said Frank Wilson, Product Manager for Technology Services at Tectura. "Following our thorough analysis of the available BI software solutions for this market, we decided to partner with iQ4bis."

"Given the macro-economic environment that many companies are operating in currently, these companies lack the budget and luxury for an extensive, lengthy, pricey BI implementation which have a historically high failure rate," said Steve Hamerslag, CEO of iQ4bis. "iQ4bis has taken the complexity and risk out of the creation of a data warehouse. With our mature product line, we have been able to offer a virtual 'out-of-the-box' solution that can show almost
instantaneous results. Within hours, our clients can see their data turned into actionable information. More importantly, we`ve invested a considerable amount developing and honing the iQ4bis interface so that non-technical business line managers can easily and intuitively find the answers they need from an array of business data."

"iQ4bis enables our clients to rapidly implement, continuously support and expand a data warehouse solution with a minimal amount effort and knowledge of
the complexities of data warehouse and cube design," Frank Wilson said.

ERP system - Enterprise resource planning, is an enterprise-wide information system designed to coordinate all the resources, information, and activities needed to complete business processes such as order fulfillment or billing. An ERP system supports most of the business system that maintains in a single database the data needed for a variety of business functions such as Manufacturing, Supply Chain Management, Financials, Projects, Human Resources and Customer Relationship Management. An ERP system is based on a common database and a modular software design. The common database can allow every department of a business to store and retrieve information in real-time. The information should be reliable, accessible, and easily shared. The modular software design should mean a business can select the modules they need, mix and match modules from different vendors, and add new modules of their own to improve business performance. Wikipedia

SCM - Supply chain management is the management of a network of interconnected businesses involved in the ultimate provision of product and service packages required by end customers (Harland, 1996). Supply Chain Management spans all movement and storage of raw materials, work-in-process inventory, and finished goods from point-of-origin to point-of-consumption (supply chain). Ideally, the data for the various business functions are integrated. In practice the ERP system may comprise a set of discrete applications, each maintaining a discrete data store within one physical database. Wikipedia

CRM - Customer relationship management, consists of the processes a company uses to track and organize its contacts with its current and prospective customers. CRM software is used to support these processes; the software system can be accessed, and information about customers and customer interactions can be entered, stored and accessed by employees in different company departments. Typical CRM goals are to improve services provided to customers, and to use customer contact information for targeted marketing. Wikipedia While the term CRM generally refers to a software-based approach to handling customer relationships, most CRM software vendors stress that a successful CRM effort requires a holistic approach. CRM initiatives often fail because implementation was limited to software installation, without providing the context, support and understanding for employees to learn, and take full advantage of the information systems. Wikipedia

MRP - Material Requirements Planning, is a software based production planning and inventory control system used to manage manufacturing processes. Although it is not common nowadays, it is possible to conduct MRP by hand as well.

MRP II - Manufacturing Resource Planning, is defined by APICS as a method for the effective planning of all resources of a manufacturing company. Ideally, it addresses operational planning in units, financial planning in dollars, and has a simulation capability to answer "what-if" questions and extension of closed-loop MRP. Wikipedia
